You're tired of feeling guilty for enjoying a hunk of bread or your non-organic strawberries. But you also want to feel healthy. You want to make good choices, feel great in your own skin and confident about the way you feed and move that beautiful bod.

Human clinical studies > mechanistic models. Food is not earned. Nessie is real. So is Bigfoot. A good run can fix a lot of problems. Don't save the champagne for a special occasion.
