I grew up in a SlimFast household with an almond mom as a vegetarian who never ate veggies and that girl who skipped gym class any time the mile run was on the schedule. Somehow, that little girl transformed into a nutritionist, marathoner and exercise specialist.

TBH, if weight loss is your only goal, this is not the program for you. However, every client who's had a secondary goal of body recomposition has achieved that goal (and kept it off). As long as you put your health first, what's best for your body and weight will follow.
