A brief history -
I grew up in a SlimFast household with an almond mom as a vegetarian who never ate veggies and that girl who skipped gym class any time the mile run was on the schedule. Somehow, that little girl transformed into a nutritionist, marathoner and exercise specialist.
While raising 4 kids and going to grad school I used my Time Turner to also receive certifications in yoga teaching, hypnotherapy, mindset coaching, and corrective exercise.

TBH, if weight loss is your only goal, this is not the program for you. However, every client who's had a secondary goal of body recomposition has achieved that goal (and kept it off). As long as you put your health first, what's best for your body and weight will follow.
